Founder and Director of Trade Training
Expert consultant in international business, research, and trade promotion. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics (UNMSM), Master’s degree in Marketing and International Business (UNFV), Master’s degree in Public Relations and Protocol (University of Alcalá).
With over 20 years of experience, she brings an analytical perspective and serves as a strategic link between the public and private sectors and international organizations. Her career began as Head of the Commercial Department at AmCham Peru and Director of Foreign Trade at ConsultAndes, where she led strategic consulting projects, trade missions, and market development studies.
Since 2010, she has led Trade Training, providing internationalization solutions to companies and domestic and foreign entities. Her experience in managing high-impact projects includes directing and implementing MINCETUR’s first Internationalization Support Program (PAI), and her subsequent work as an Export Mentor, developing global expansion plans for Peruvian companies. She has extensive experience identifying technical gaps and commercial opportunities, collaborating with institutions such as PROMPERÚ, MINCETUR, APEXBRASIL, SAGARPA, and URUGUAY XXI.
She has collaborated with multilateral organizations such as the IDB’s MIF, notably in the development of Technical Access Requirements for the Export Access project (Pacific Alliance). She also maintains ties with initiatives of the U.S. Department of State, having been a fellow in the WEAmericas program and coordinator of the first TechCamp in Peru, which focused on technological solutions to environmental challenges.
Committed to strengthening economic ties with the U.S., in 2020 she founded the NGO CIDENE, implementing initiatives such as Bicentennial Tourism and AWE (Academy of Women Entrepreneurs).
She is currently a member of the Advisory Committee for the International Business Administration program at the Universidad Científica del Sur.
