Customs Management Consultant

Attorney and Bachelor of International Business Administration (UNMSM), officially accredited as a Customs Broker by SUNAT. He holds a Master’s degree in International Trade (University of Alcalá), has completed postgraduate studies in European Union Customs Law (University of Valencia), and holds a Master’s degree in Fiscal Policy and Tax Management (UNMSM).

With extensive experience in Customs Law and Foreign Trade in both the public and private sectors, he has distinguished himself as a legal advisor at the Tax Court of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and as a specialist attorney at the SUNAT Public Prosecutor’s Office. In the corporate sector, he has led customs procedures and policy departments at logistics operators such as TALMA and SAASA. He is currently a customs broker at L & R Soluciones Aduaneras and General Manager of Miranda Abogados y Consultores S.A.C., as well as an expert consultant providing legal advice to foreign trade operators, including customs agencies, freight forwarders, warehouses, and importers.

He teaches university courses on Customs Procedures and Customs Legislation, Customs Valuation, and Tariff Classification. His commercial approach integrates operational efficiency with a solid legal framework to transform customs management into a sustainable competitive advantage.
