URUGUAY XXI sought to expand the reach of Uruguayan companies’ products and services into the Peruvian market. Specific challenges included scheduling meetings for the Uruguayan business delegation and coordinating all logistics for the entire delegation during three days of intensive activities.

Trade Training implemented a comprehensive strategy for trade intelligence and operational logistics that included: Market Analysis and Potential Assessment, Business Intelligence, Schedule Management, and Logistical Support for Uruguayan delegations from 2026 to 2019.

The project’s implementation generated tangible deliverables that facilitated the entry and consolidation of Uruguayan offerings in Peru, managing over 100 customized business agendas that were delivered and executed with excellent results through an efficient combination of precise matchmaking, partner validation, and “turnkey” logistical coordination, thus maximizing business opportunities for the Uruguay XXI delegation while adhering to the strict timelines and quality standards agreed upon.
