AMI needed to hire a company in Peru to conduct two complex and contrasting studies during the pandemic restrictions (2021): 1. Large-Scale Survey (Quantitative): Contact and survey 150 PYMES owners nationwide, ensuring geographic representativeness without in-person fieldwork; and 2. Niche Challenge (Qualitative): Gain access to leaders in the healthcare sector (Medical Care Providers) to conduct in-depth interviews.

Trade Training implemented a hybrid strategy that leveraged its own assets, segmented the data, ensured a nationally representative sample for the survey of PYMES owners, and employed selective data mining for stakeholders in the healthcare sector, offering complete flexibility in conducting in-depth interviews.

Goal Achievement: Successful delivery of the quantitative database (150 companies) and qualitative insights derived from in-depth interviews. The quality of the first study led to the immediate award of the second, validating the international client’s trust. This case positions Trade Training as the ideal operational partner for global consulting firms in Peru.
