The main objective was to organize and carry out a trade mission for 10 U.S. companies specializing in protecting and securing critical information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure. The challenge was to coordinate a rigorous schedule that included business meetings, presentations, and networking activities.

Trade Training implemented a comprehensive event planning and business matchmaking service, carried out in strategic phases: market intelligence, logistics planning, and schedule management, successfully arranging more than 50 business meetings between U.S. suppliers and Peruvian buyers.

Through careful curation of contacts and meticulous logistical coordination, we successfully aligned U.S. cybersecurity technology offerings with the critical needs of the Peruvian market, including coordinating with speakers for a cybersecurity technical event, organizing presentations, and managing the guest list.
